My Body – My Buddy SM is a one-day workshop (10:00AM till 6:00PM) designed for adults (18 years of age and older) who wish to understand, accept, and love their physical body and learn to communicate with it on a daily basis.
Through the practices of conscious movements, deep relaxation, guided imagery, singing, dancing, and interpersonal communication, participants will undertake remarkable inner journeys to the mind of their physical bodies. No, this is not a typo; this is exactly what participants will learn and practice: communication with the mind of their physical bodies!
My Body – My Buddy SM workshop (as well as all other workshops that Marina and Kris facilitate together) is designed with the belief that all people are naturally intuitive and resourceful. Each person already has all the answers he or she needs. The mission of the My Body – My Buddy SM workshop is to create a safe and nurturing space in which participants can listen to the inner messages of their bodies, minds, and souls and discover their own knowledge. Another mission of the My Body – My Buddy SM workshop is to offer participants some useful tools that will help them access the wells of their inner power and inner wisdom.

During the My Body – My Buddy SM workshop, you will:
- Learn to “listen” to your body and “hear” the messages that your body is sending you
- Learn to access (and converse with) the mind of your physical body
- Learn and practice various grounding techniques
- Learn and practice numerous relaxation techniques
- Learn to get to the core of your illness and converse with your illness or disease
- Gain some awareness about the possible roots of your illness
- Learn various ways of charging your body with Life Energy
